For the last 20 years Anita and Warren have taken superb care of my car in Costa Rica. Not only do they pay all of my car’s tax and registration fees on my behalf, but they also facilitate all of the maintenance services for the car without flaw. Additionally, I authorize them to customize my car in many ways so that it is capable of off-roading, and when I arrive at the airport and see my clean and polished car, with it snorkel and other additions, I am overjoyed at how great the car looks. Lastly and most importantly, I absolutely trust them. They always shop for me and give me the best prices on all the customizations and maintenance that I do my car. To put it simply, they are honest and ethical and when I’m out of the country, I don’t worry about my car when it is in their hands.

Living in Guanacaste, it has always been an ordeal to get to and from San Jose when traveling out of the country. Trying to figure out how to get there, where to leave my vehicle safely for the duration of my trip, all the expenses. But that all changed once i was introduced to Warren and his family! The whole process was extremely easy, Warren, Ana and their assistant, Jimena, were super accommodating and flexible and they made me feel very secure and confident in leaving my car for three weeks with them. I got the car back super clean, both inside and out, and the fact that they picked my car up from the airport and dropped it back off for me was the icing on the cake. Just wanted to make people aware of Costa Rica Car Storage and their fantastic service. We are living in Jaco, trips to the airport were very expensive. We have used the services of Warren and Anita several times and each has been a 5 star plus rating. Car is picked up and delivered when we arrive and on top of that the inside and out have been washed and cleaned. Plus they have check out several maintenance items and made me award of what was needed.. Another major point, for all you Gringos, (me included) they speak perfect English. The process of moving to, or in my case building a new home in another country can be daunting. There are so many things to worry about, so many questions to be answered and dangerous and confusing pitfalls at every turn. In the three years since I started the process there has been one thing that I can always rely upon and that is the service and caring of Warren and Anita. Warren greeting me at the airport when I arrive and seeing my off when I leave is like having family that truly cares. They make sure my car is kept, cared for and even maintained both mechanically and legally through annual inspection and registration. But more so, they are there to help when issue arise that are not even their responsibility to care about. They even paid my home utility bills when I was not in country to take care of it myself.
They are truly great people who care about their customers like family and I am honored to consider them part of mine.

We have been using Warren’s service since we first moved to Costa Rica in 2021. When it is time for us to leave he meets us at the Airport and takes our truck to his storage until we return. When we return, often with as many as 5 large bags he is there waiting in our freshly cleaned truck. We just load up and go. I cannot describe the piece of mind that this service provides after a long day of navigating through a hard day of traveling. The service has always been reliable and flexible when last minute changes had to be made.
Last year when my Land Cruiser was stored with him he was able to upgrade my bumper and wench with a new TJM model. When I returned to pick up my truck I noticed that the installation performed was excellent quality. Everything worked perfectly and I am very pleased with the new upgrade. The price charged was very reasonable.
Warren Anita and little Noah are some the best people we have met since traveling and moving to Costa Rica which is saying a lot since we have met so many wonderful people.

Warren’s knowledge on cars and vehicles is very extensive and they always make sure to have the highest quality workmanship done. When not in the country they’ve helped me on repairs and upgrades on my Hilux and always help guide me when I need something in costa rica, even if it’s not car related. Having my car picked up and dropped off at the airport is always very convenient and makes it easy for me to head right on the road to my destination as soon as I land. Warren is amazing! We always leave our car with Warren when we leave the country and he takes it in for inspections, does repairs, washes our car and it comes back like new! We trust him 100%. Also, the little touches are sweet, he picks up and drops off the car right at the airport so you don’t have to drive anywhere else and he left us water and sweets on arrival, so thoughtful!! Words cannot explain how amazing Warren and Anita are. Their passion for Costa Rica and helping people is so special! They have been taking care and storing our 4×4 Kia Bongo for many years when we are not in Costa Rica. Warren got our truck offroad ready by installing a 2.5 inch lift, heavy duty front and back bumpers, front winch, and a waterproof canopy for the bed. When getting to Costa Rica with our kids, we always feel stress free getting into our truck knowing Warren has went through it to ensure it is mechanically safe and ready for our adventures. We used the services of CRCS for a month recently and have nothing but good things to say about Warren, Anna and the great service they provide. We were met by Warren at the airport to take our SUV to the warehouse for a month long storage. He was there waiting for us. Before we even got to our gate we received a video of the outside of our vehicle and a shot of the odometer. Upon our arrival he was again waiting for us with our sparkling clean Prado, along with some water and snacks for our trip home. They were great to communicate with, I can’t think of anyone else to leave our vehicle with the next time we leave. Complete professionals and no hidden charges, thanks guys!
My Dad and I are two motorcycle riders from England. We stored two motorcycles with Warren and Costa Rica Car Storage for two weeks whilst we visited family. The service was fantastic. Communication on Whatsapp in advance and during the storage was brilliant. He looked after our motorcycles with care and attention. We are travelling the Pan American Highway, and knowing that the motorcycles would be so well looked after left us feeling relaxed whilst we were away.
